Sometimes all we need is sleep

I may or may not have slept for 12 hours. After that I may or may not have layed in bed for 2 hours watching True Blood. I'm just saying. It's been a week. That's all I can say about it. But hopefully this weekend, after catching up on sleeping and relaxing, I can get focused again because it's 2 weeks from today one of my bestest friends is tying the knot. So this is not time to mess around! I also admit, I ate chinese for dinner last night. I got chicken and broccoli with steamed rice. Probably not the best decision I've made, but I had no desire to do anything last night except sleep. But I'm feeling much better today. I have another great summer workout planned. And other fun events coming up. So sorry for the lame post but I promise it'll be better now that I'm well rested :)
