Salad Making Machine

I was on a roll making salads this morning for lunches for the rest of the week with my veggies that I got last night+more spinach I got at Sam's+whatever is still left that needs to be eaten soon...

The mix:
  • Spinach
  • Sprouts
  • Avacado
  • Broccoli
  • Goat Cheese
  • Onions
  • Hummus
  • Nut and Fruit salad topper
And some Stonyfield Chocolate Underground yogurt on the side. Lunch of champions. It will certainly keep me full til dinner. I just went ahead and made 3 salads for the rest of the week so I don't have to worry about it again. Now I'm set. Lunch is good. Planning ahead is the absolute best way to stick to eating healthy. Especially making salads with lots of flavor and will keep you full. 

I hope every has a good hump day! I'm grabbing some Cranberry Yogurt Scone for breakfast and hitting the road. More on the scone later ;)
