My new best friend

At least it the mornings it is. I've been trying to do yoga for the past 2 weeks now. I get up, about 2 or 3 days a week and do a half hour yoga video. I wanted to start it because work has gotten stressful and my back gets sore sometimes from sitting so much during the day. It helps stretch me out, gives me more energy, and it's really been great so far! I have never done yoga for more than a single class or back in high school our basketball team did it on friday mornings in the summer. I'm hoping I see some improvements in my flexibility and strength. I don't think I do it enough quite yet and I haven't really gotten past the beginner stage where half of the video is meditation, but I'm getting there! It's a great way to start my morning and help get me ready for a stressful day at work.

I've gotten my yoga videos at yogadownload.com so far. I'd love to try some other dvds or videos though
