Let's Destress for a minute

I left this...

and came home to this...

in desperate need from some de-stressing. I was too blah from the day to even take the poor puppy for a walk. All I wanted to do was lay down and veg. Yoga was a great unwind for the day. A good sweaty workout usually helps, but the past few days have made me so exhausted, I can't even think of moving too much. Tomorrow is Friday. Thank goodness. I need a break. Longer than 2 day break, but I'll take what I can get at this point. I'd love to de-stress more with you and just relax for the night reading or watching a movie, but now I must get back to work. Oh the life of an office minion.

I can really tell, just in my writing the past few days, how much work has drained me. What do you do to unwind? Any tips for office workers to keep up their motivation when work can sometimes just beat the energy right out of you?
